Short Description of Activity
We met with 2 GLP staff and several broadband leaders to learn all about Great Old Broads for Wilderness and how to engage members, structure the leadership, and grow the broadband. In addition to the virtual sessions (3 days 10 to 12 and 1:30 to 2:30), we completed homework assignments. Those are in pre and post hours.
Reflection/Evaluation
It was a very good refresher and inspiration for Anne, who has been a broadband leader since 2020. The group included Broads from Wenatchee, WA, Montrose, CO, Fort Collins, CO, central OR, and Parump NV. The sessions were tight, very useful, and relevant to the experience of leading a broadband. Guest speakers were very informative and overall, it was fun and engaging.
