Camp-out and stewardship project. 3day event.
Reflection/Evaluation
Besides just the camp-out and discussing issues that Broads and Sierra Club are addressing. The educational/stewardship project was going around to all the areas that were in a huge major burn last year in the Ochoco’s. We looked at what was described as good burns, as they were pretty mosaic and there was no signs of extensive thinning. The other areas were desimated and that was due to the extensive logging that had been done. We also were thrilled to see all the wild flowers that were there as the previous week they had not bloomed yet.
