Short Description of Activity
Annual WALTS training for new potential broadband leaders/co-leaders. It was a pleasure to be invited to participate on a panel to discuss what works, doesn’t work, give ideas of support for new leaders.
Reflection/Evaluation
It was a priveledge to participate and share what is working for us, what kinds of things we are working on. Give some suggestions and really appreciated that there were questions in the end. I think having seasoned leaders participate in WALTS is good for newbies to first off know they are not alone, we are available if they want to follow up, assist in some of the concerns/fears when you are first starting out.
