Short Description of Activity
Meeting with the Deschutes County Commissioners to address the remand of the Thornburg Resort issue. The Land use Board sent their decision back to the county to address concerns they had that the county had not met when the county decided to support the expansion of this resort. This has been a 20 year process that keeps coming back to the county.
Reflection/Evaluation
As is usual with our county commissioners they simply stamped approval of everything that the resort met the demands of LUBA. So there will a final decision on August 6th….which I am not sure what that means or we continue to fight this resort.
