Called in a public comment opposing the tax deferred bond for the Uintah Railway in Utah. Also signed on to the letter opposing the Productive Public Lands Act bill,
Reflection/Evaluation
Almost all of the call-in public comments were against authorizing the bond for the Uintah railway. Only one in favor. Many comments were from people or organizations in Colorado, where the trains carrying waxy crude oil would pass through. Several Colorado Broadbands signed on to the letter opposing the Productive Public Lands Act bill,
