Respond to DOI Interim Final Rule on NEPA
Reflection/Evaluation
To submit comments to build a public record which states the objections to implementing this Rule. I contacted several of our partners in Alaska to see how they would be responding and they said they would keep us posted. It sounds like Earth Justice might be formulating a sign on letter, and they will keep us posted. Time involves research, Broads zoom meeting, preparing comments, reaching out to partners.
