Regular meeting of the PNW Forest Climate Alliance
Reflection/Evaluation
Lots of discussion regarding next steps with dealing with the “new Forest Service Emergency”. The weakening of the ESA regarding the weakening of the definition of “harm”. We need to pay attention to this….the issue is the Executive Branch changing regulations with no imput from Congress – geez doesn’t that ring a bell.We need to continue to track projects and document. The biggest concern we are battling is more logging.
