Short Description of Activity
Boosted up the enthusiasm of the group by initiating discussion of WHY are we Broads and what does that mean? Then went into all that needs to transpire to keep it all together and it is TOO much for 1 person to handle. Louise wants to retire leadership in January and working toward building a “team” to read e-mails, compile newsletter, plan meetings and events.
Reflection/Evaluation
The outcome was extremely successful although there is much work to still be done. We added new names to committees, started the planning for a big September/ October meeting,
have followup meeting scheduled to divide the responsibilities of running a chapter.
