Short Description of Activity
Jan, Barbara and Di met to plan and check info for the next Broads Views and News. Issues were identified that needed to be addressed with our grassroots leaders, Sally. As it is currently set up Barbara can’t add people to the google account that sends out her newsletter or address a problem with it when it arises. One of our gifted memberships from last year told Di she never gets information. (She is a person in the future we might tap for leadership role so this is a real concern) A strong team leader, Amy Brunvand, is also not receiving the newsletter and Cuyler (Flagstaff leader) who use to for links to Broads Reads she attends. Jan, co-leader, is not receiving anything for BB leaders. Di will contact Sally Monday with these questions for Barbara.. There are lots of things happening in Sept/Oct/Nov for our members including tabling at a LWV and Utah Alliance Family Civics Fair. Di reported on the lunch and learn with Northern Shoshone tribe and opportunities there.
Reflection/Evaluation
Very productive. Barbara has a full plate for her newsletter she would get out the next day before her camping trip. The team leaders gathering at Di’s cabin was put on hold until dates for Amy’s group campout were clarified.
