Short Description of Activity
Anne participated in 3 4-hour course meetings to learn to use a dichotomous key and identify alpine plants. She passed this course with an A and learned a great deal about plant and animal adaptations to alpine areas.
Reflection/Evaluation
This course was taken to add experience and skills to the broadband’s ability to search effectively for rare plants. The skills have been useful in 2 searches this year and hopefully will be used in future searches.
