Cascade Volcanoes Membership Meeting

Reflection/Evaluation

We had a small group of members gather for a meeting and a potluck. Having the meeting in Vancouver discouraged many people from Portland from attending. We also tried to have the meeting during the day and have a potluck at a venue where a kitchen was available. Our attendance is better when we have the meeting in Portland in the evening. But the venue in Vancouver is free and is more casual atmosphere with comfy chairs as well as free coffee and kitchen.
