Short Description of Activity
Annual gathering to recognize Individuals that represent the leading edge of Indigenous leadership, representing their unique cultural traditions based in their lands that strengthens their communities.
Reflection/Evaluation
This is always an inspirational event. I have attended three of these. The stories to hear, the accomplishments achieved despite challenges, and talking with fellow attendees makes for an educational and informed evening. I wish I could have had a better response from our group to attend.
