Short Description of Activity
This was our bimonthly (every other month) planning meeting.
Reflection/Evaluation
With so many events and activities coming up we had loads of planning to do especially for our two Winter Socials & Meetings in February. Planning for those needed to invlove all team members. As our roles and responsibilities become clearer as individual members we can spend less time on every agenda item. For instance, with the Eco-Film Festival coming up and advocacy nights always coming up, the team members in charge will work out details with their committess or others involved and come back to the team with plans or ask for feedback or suggestions.
