Reflection/Evaluation
The meeting minutes are attached. The good thing about the meeting was they it was decided that a consensus of 6 out of 7 people must be in agreement for the plan to move forward and 2 of the members of the Board at Tribal members who are opposed to the dam. They will not agree to the dam. There are also quite a number of permits that the Board must get approved in order to move forward and this would remain a big hurdle for them at this point. But there is no guarantee of the dam not being built at this point. I chose not to speak as I had already submitted my comments at a prior meeting.
